My Story
Hello there!
I am a Certified Massage Therapist in the South Portland area, and graduated from the Wellness Massage Center & Institute in St. Albans, VT, in November 2016. My massage sessions draw upon a variety of modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Phenomenal Touch, Hot Stone Massage, and Cupping. Meeting new people and helping others through massage brings me a good deal of joy! It would be a great privilege to meet with you and address the needs of your body, whether it be with Deep Tissue/Sports massage, a relaxing Swedish massage, or an integrated cupping session.
A little about me: I have lived most of my life in Vermont, enjoying the beautiful outdoors. After attending culinary arts school for four years, I enjoyed cooking professionally for fourteen years. However, I felt it was time to open a new chapter in my life, and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. I am truly looking forward to my continued journey in this field!
